Scope of WorkConstruction of icity Residential Project in New Cairo.DescriptionEgyptian developer Mountain View will deliver 1200 units from June 2020 up to year-end as part of the first phase of its 500-acre 15 billion Egyptian pounds 964 million icity residential project in New Cairo. 4000-unit first phase spanning 150 acres would be completed in 2022. The entire project consisting of nearly 15000 units would be completed in six phases up to 2026. The company awarded construction contracts worth 3.5 billion pounds 225 million for icity for 2020 and 2021.
