The ROW acquisitions any utility oversizingconflicts and sidewalks for Huggins Road improvements will be funded by this project. The current estimate is 2.5M. Through an ILA with FBC the City will pay FBC 2.5M over 7 years at 3.51 interest. FY20 FY21 included 200K in EDC funds.
