Scope : To Develop a Housing Project at Makanpur in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
Ramprastha Builders is planning to develop a housing project at Makanpur in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
The proposed project will cover over 6.04 acres of land comprising four residential towers of 3B+G+38 storeys with 302 flats, a commercial block, a clubhouse in addition to a parking facility. The project also involves the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 200 kld.
The terms of reference (ToR) for the project is awaited.
The company has scheduled the project to commence by Q3/FY24. Furthermore, the company is yet to finalise a contractor for the project.
The work on the project is expected to be completed by December 2027.
