Scope : To Set up New Hotel 'Vivanta' in Talegaon, Pune district of Maharashtra.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has inked a new hotel 'Vivanta' in Talegaon, Pune district of Maharashtra. With the signing of this greenfield project, the company seeks to strengthen its presence in the city.
For this, the company has partnered with RMK Infrastructure. The 140-key hotel, spanning over 2.5 acres, is strategically located on Talegaon MIDC road, at a driving distance from the leading multinational companies. The upcoming property will be IHCL’s fifth hotel in Pune, which has a blending of modernity with tradition and is a major manufacturing, IT and educational centre and the cultural capital of the state.
The new hotel will accommodate an all-day diner-Mynt, a speciality restaurant and Wink, the bar with over 4,000 sq. ft. of banquet space. The recreation facilities will include a swimming pool, a gym and a spa. This hotel will offer guests with the distinctive experience of the Vivanta brand.
