Scope : To Renovate SeleQtions Hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a third hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The brownfield project will be branded as an IHCL SeleQtions hotel.
IHCL will now offer three distinct brands in the city, of about 400 rooms and is collaborating with KM Vyapar, a leading hospitality company, for this SeleQtions hotel. The 150-key hotel, sprawled over 1.3 acres, is at a short driving distance from the upcoming Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport as well as popular tourist spots. It will feature a range of dining options, including an all-day diner.
Other recreation facilities will include a spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre. The hotel will also offer over 10,000 sq. ft of banqueting space, ideal to host social gatherings and corporate events. This signing aligns with IHCL’s strategy to establish a significant presence in the city.
Further, this will enable the company to contribute towards the growth and enhancement of Ayodhya's hospitality landscape. With the addition of this, IHCL will have three hotels across SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in the city.
