The new hotel will cover over 6.18 acres of land with a built-up area of 35,706 sq. mtrs. The project would comprise a building with 4B+G+3 floors, along with a swimming pool and various modern amenities.
Work on the project is likely to commence in Q3/FY24.
Pacifica Hotels has scheduled completion of the project for September 2027.
