Scope : To Develop a Hotel at Ramnagar Danda in Dehra Dun district of Uttarakhand.
Nainital Technobuild intends to develop a hotel at Ramnagar Danda in Dehra Dun district of Uttarakhand.
The built-up area of the project is 20.40 acres and would comprise 'Block 1' with LG+UG floor, along with duplex suites and 'Block 2' with LG+UG+G+5 floors including rooms, HM Institute with G+3 floors and auditorium-cum-multipurpose hall with LG+UG floor as well as a parking facility.
Nainital Technobuild plans to begin work on the project in Q3/FY24 and has scheduled completion for December, 2026.
Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other local permissions for the project.
