Highway Emergency Local Tender

ScopeNew York State Department Of Transportation Plan for Continues operation of the NYSDOT Region 4 Highway Emergency Local Patrol HELP service. The HELP service vehicles patrol high-volume limited access highways in Monroe County during peak volume hours providing assistance to disabled motorists. The objective of the HELP service is to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of people and goods by expediting the clearing of highway incidents minimizing travel delay and reducing the potential of secondary accidents. Project Status The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2027. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2027. Construction is expected to be completed in 2028
