Bhumika Group, Rajasthan’s largest mall developer has entered into a joint development agreement to develop a high-street retail project in Faridabad.
The company has tied up with a Faridabad based developer, who owns 5-acre land on the Mathura Road.
The development will be carried out in a single phase, with an estimated construction timeline of 4 years. The total project cost is estimated at Rs 600 crore, and they project the total sales realization for this project to be Rs 1000 crore
The company will sell the retail area but keep the leasing right for better tenant mix.
Faridabad lacks quality retail space and many brands are wiling to open shop in the city.
Funding for this project will be a combination of pre-sales, internal cash flows, and institutional investments, reflecting Bhumika Group’s financial stability and industry credibility.
