Villa Lamaark intends to develop a high-rise residential-cum-commercial complex 'Villa One' at Bokadvira in Dronagiri, Raigarh district of Maharashtra.
The upcoming project will span over 1.84 acres of land comprising three towers 'A', 'B', and 'C' with G+26 floors, including shops, residential, podium parking, flats, and offices along with modern amenities.
Villa Lamaark plans to commence work on the project in Q1/FY25 and complete it by January, 2027.
Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) as well as other local permissions.
