Narang Realty is planning to develop a new high-rise residential-cum-commercial complex at Panchpakhadi in Thane district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project, which will spread over 7.07 acres of land parcel, comprises the construction of five towers of 2B+35 upper floors with a total of 1,002 flats and two club houses.
In April 2023, Narang Realty received environmental clearance from the SEIAA, Maharashtra for the project.
Work on the project is expected to commence by August 2023.
