Scope : To Develop a High-Rise Residential-Cum-Commercial Complex at Gopanpally of Serilingampally Mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
TNR Urban is planning to develop a high-rise residential-cum-commercial complex at Gopanpally of Serilingampally Mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The proposed project will spread over 4.10 acres of land and would comprise a residential building with 2C+4S+39 floors and a commercial building with 2C+4S+36 floors, in addition to parking provisions. It also involves the construction of a sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 750 klpd.
In November 2022, TNR Urban received terms of reference (ToR) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC).
TNR Urban is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other mandatory approvals for the project.
TNR Urban has planned to commence the work on the project by October 2023. Moreover, the contractor is yet to be appointed.
