Scope : To Develop a Residential Complex 'Wave' at Kollur village of Sanga Reddy in Medak district of Telangana.

Ventura Estate Developers is planning to develop a residential complex 'Wave' at Kollur village of Sanga Reddy in Medak district of Telangana.

The project will cover over 8.37 acres of land comprising 45 towers with 2B+stilt+40 floors of flats and amenities blocks with 2B+G+5 floors.

The project will create employment opportunities for about 500 individuals.

In February 2023, Ventura Estate Developers was granted standard terms of reference (ToR).

The company has scheduled the commencement date for the project by mid-2023.

The architect has already been appointed, but the contractor is yet to be finalised.
