High Rise Residential Tender

Scope : To Develop a High-rise Residential Complex Vertex County at Gopanapally in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

Vertex Vega Developers is planning to develop a high-rise residential complex Vertex County at Gopanapally in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will spread over four acre of land parcel and see development of two towers with 213 flats and amenities block including parking facility.

Vertex Vega Developers has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

Vertex Vega Developers is awaiting fire & GHMC approval for the project.

Work on the project was expected to commence by January 2023.
