Scope : To Develop a High Rise Residential Complex 'Tribhuja Gangothri Towers' at Kollur, Sangareddy in the state of Telangana.
Gangothri Developers is planning to develop a high rise residential complex 'Tribhuja Gangothri Towers' at Kollur, Sangareddy in the state of Telangana.
The project will spread over 12.86 acre of land parcel and see construction of 11 towers with 1850 flats including construction of a amenity block and parking facility.
In July 2022, the company received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.
Gangothri Developers is awaiting HMDA and fire approval for the project. Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
The company is expecting to complete the project by December 2026.
