Cloudswood Constructions is developing a high-rise residential complex ‘SKYE’ at Velimala village in Sanga Reddy in the state of Telangana.
The proposed project will span 10.82 acres of land, and comprises the construction of seven towers of 3 cellar+stilt+23 floors with 1,419 flats and amenities block of 3 cellar+G+5 floors, along with parking facility.
In January 2023, the project received environmental clearance (EC) from SEIAA, Telangana.
Excavation work on the project is in progress.
The company expects to complete the project by December 2027.
