The proposed complex will spread over 14.87 acres of land parcel, and comprises the construction of six towers of 58 floors with 1,160 flats; and an amenities block of six floors including a parking facility.
Rajapushpa Properties is awaiting environmental clearance for the project. The architect and contractors are still being finalized.
The work on the project is expected to commence by December 2023.
