Scope : To Develop a High-Rise Residential Complex 'Apurupa Tranqui' at Attapur village of Rajendra Nagar mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
Apurupa Tranquil is planning to develop a high-rise residential complex 'Apurupa Tranqui' at Attapur village of Rajendra Nagar mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The project will take up 5.26 acres of land comprising four blocks A, B, C, and D, each with a common basement + G + 32 floors and one amenity block with a G + 8 floors.
Apurupa Tranquil was granted standard terms of reference (TOR) for the project in February 2023.
The company expects to commence the work on the project in Q3/FY24.
The contractor and architect are yet to be appointed for the project.
