Scope : To Develop a High-Rise Residential Complex at Bhamburda in Pune district of Maharashtra.
Shree Venkatesh Buildcon intends to develop a high-rise residential complex at Bhamburda in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The project will spread over 1.49 acres of land and would comprise two towers with B2+B1+G+P1(mezz)+P2+P3+ amenity podium+30 floors, along with flats and amenities block with G+10+terrace floor, showrooms and a shop, including parking facility.
Shree Venkatesh Buildcon is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and plans to commence work on the project in Q4/FY24.
Further, the contractor will soon be finalised for the project, and the work is scheduled to be completed by January, 2028.
