My Home Constructions is planning to develop a new high rise residential complex at Kokapet village, Gandipet mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The proposed complex will spread over 13.90 acres of land parcel and, comprises construction of six towers of 4B+G+44 floors with a total of 1,338 flats and an amenities block of 4B+G+4 floors including parking facility.
My Home constructions is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the project. The contractor is still being finalized.
The company expects to start the construction work on the project by Q4/2024.
