Project Description : Planning staff will work with a consultant in the preparation of a study that analyzes best practices/opportunities/implications and recommends how the City can best assist the owners of properties designated under the Ontario Heritage Act to preserve them, followed by a forecast for funding any incentives approved by City Council. The study will also evaluate options regarding the reuse of vacant and/or underutilized heritage properties
