The HPMP Stage II was approved at the 79th meeting of the Executive Committee for the period from 2017 to 2025 to reduce HCFC consumption by 67.5 per cent of its baseline.The main activities to be implemented during stage II of the HPMP are: conversion of foam enterprises to non-HCFC based technologies; activities in the refrigeration servicing sector including the establishment of reclaim centers; Technical assistance for the AC sector; and support to the project implementation and monitoring unit.
