Project Description
An equity commitment of up to EUR 20 million in Halcyon Equity Partners S.C.A. SICAR (the "Fund").
Project Objectives
The Fund will invest equity or quasi equity in mature scale up growth companies, SMEs, and Small Mid-Caps operating in Greece and seeking capital to strengthen their business model, create a roadmap for further growth, and accelerate their digital transition.
Transition Impact
The Bank's investment is expected to contribute to the Resilient transition quality by supporting the further development of equity as an alternative funding source in Greece and to the Competitive transition quality through supporting the expansion and increased competitiveness of the Fund's investee companies.
