Scope : To Develop the Estate Residences Group Housing Project at Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, Haryana.
Delhi-based developer Anant Raj will develop a luxury group housing project spread over one million sq. ft. at Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, Haryana. The development will be located within the company's existing 180-acre township 'Anant Raj Estate' in Sector-63A on Golf Course Extension Road.
The new luxury project called ‘The Estate Residences’ is RERA registered. Located at the foothills of the Aravallis, it will feature 248 luxury apartments in high-rise (30+ floors) condominiums, and will include a 40,000 sq. ft. club. The project will have four-BHK flats ranging from approx. 3,700 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft. The project holds a revenue potential of approx. Rs 1,800 crore. The housing project will be spread over 5.43 acres of land.
About 200 families already reside in Anant Raj Estate, and an additional 1,000-1,100 units are currently under construction. With this, the firm aims to solidify its position as a prominent real estate developer in the region.
