Scope : To Develop a Group housing Project 'Crescent City Apartments' at Ayali Khurd in Ludhiana district of Punjab.
Vadhera Apartments is planning to develop a group housing project 'Crescent City Apartments' at Ayali Khurd in Ludhiana district of Punjab.
The proposed project will spread over 7.99 acres of land parcel, and comprises the construction of nine blocks with 574 flats with 2/3/4BHK configurations and penthouses. This also includes club house, retail and a nursery school.
The project site falls partially in mixed-land use along the road front and partially in the residential land use zone and accordingly, change in land use has been obtained from the Department of Town & Country Planning, Punjab.
The company has also applied for environmental clearance for the project.
Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2023.
The company expects to complete the project by December 2027.
