Scope : To Develop a Group Housing at Chauma, Sector-113, in Gurugram district, Haryana
Starcity Realtech is awaiting environment clearance (EC) to develop a group housing at Chauma, Sector-113, in Haryana's Gurugram district.
The proposed project will cover over 16.11 acres of the land parcel involving a high-rise tower including 3B+G/ST+29 floors with flats and 318 EWS flats. It will also provide parking facilities for vehicles.
The project also involves constructing a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 1,385 kld.
Starcity Realtech expects to commence the work on the project in Q1/FY24. Additionally, the company has already appointed the architect and contractor for the project.
