Scope : To Develop a Group Housing (Greater Noida) Project at Sector-12, Greater Noida (West), in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
Grand Realtech is awaiting environmental clearance to develop a new group housing project at Sector-12, Greater Noida (West), in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The project will take up 7.41 acres of land parcel comprising 10 buildings with B+S+24 storey of apartments, a community center, and an additional parking facility.
The project also entails the construction of an 800 klpd sewage treatment facility (STP).
Grand Realtech intends to start working on the project by April 2023.
The company is yet to finalise the contractors.
