Project summary
The purpose of the project is to strengthen networks of FAR establishments by integrating a cross-cutting gender approach, to contribute to the socio-economic development of rural territories in priority provinces in the DRC.
The project includes three strategic areas of intervention:
1) Strengthen RBF mechanisms at the provincial level, within the framework of an integrated and territorial approach, particularly within the networks of ITAs under the supervision of the MEPST and ISDRs under the supervision of the MESU.
2) Support the strengthening of the gender dimension in a cross-cutting manner, to promote young girls' access to FAR systems and support the professional integration and development of women.
3) Ensure the sustainability of investments at the national level, in particular on the governance and financing aspects of the FAR by the supervisory authorities.
