Construction of the plant will begin immediately with an expected startup date in 2026. The companies have made a positive final investment decision about the project and created a joint venture company Golden Triangle Polymers Company LLC in which Chevron Phillips has a 51 equity stake while QatarEnergy owns the rest.Emerson will provide automation technologies software and analytics from its Plantweb digital ecosystem for the Golden Triangle Polymers Project a world-scale integrated polymers facility on the Texas Gulf Coast
