OBJECTIVES
1. Collect evidence of the potential of employment innovation to address recruitment and retention challenges
2. Inform policy and decision makers on sport employment needs and the potential of employment innovation to address these
3. Build the capacity of organisations and individuals in the sector to use new forms of employment
ACTIVITIES
> EU survey of 400 sport organisations on employment challenges and the need for employment innovation
> 50 interviews with organisations and individuals involved in new forms of employment
> 10 national and 1 EU consultation events to develop recommendations for policy and decision makers
> Designing good practice roadmaps and digital tools to help organisations, workers and self-employed implement new forms of employment
> Training partner and network staff to become experts in employment innovation
> Organising an EU conference on employment innovation in sport
