Project Description
The proposed project consists of an IFC equity commitment of up to EUR €5 million in Flyer One Ventures Fund V CV ( F1V V or the Fund ), a venture capital (VC) fund to be established under the laws of the Netherlands with a focus on pre-seed and seed investments in early-stage technology companies in Ukraine and in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The project is expected to be supported by Blended Finance contributors under the Economic Resilience Action (ERA) Program for Ukraine - Japan as described in the Blended Finance Section.
