Scope of Work:
Development of 250-MW Floating offshore wind project at Narbonne.
Description:
The facility is planned to be built off Narbonne. The new wind farm supposed to be commissioned by the end of the decade and planned to eventually be expanded by 500 MW.
Below is the list of companies and consortia that will participate in the competitive dialogue phase, which will run until end-2022. The winners should be announced in the autumn of 2023, while the commissioning of the wind parks is planned for 2030. Developers that have pre-qualified are: Vattenfall, BlueFloat Energy (Sumitomo Corporation and Akuo), BayWa r.e and Elicio, Océole (Equinor, Q Energy, Green Giraffe), Iberdrola, Ocean Winds, RWE and Bourbon, Les Moulins du leonis (Shell and EnBW), Marine Energy Archipelago (Qair, TotalEnergies, Corio Generation), WPD, Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, Eni Plenitude and Eolienne Occitanie Grand Large and Eolienne Méditerranée Grand Large (two project companies of EDF Renewables and Maple Power).
