The concession includes the right of way works constructions and other goods and accessories that make up the road. The first stage of construction consists of the modernization of the concessioned section the second stage consists of building a second body parallel to the first or expanding the first to reach a cross section that allows to accommodate 4 lanes of traffic two in each direction.
