Project Summary
*
Building on the RHSC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) initiative, this project expands the KPIs to more comprehensively measure progress toward regulatory convergence across APEC economies. The expanded KPIs will serve as a diagnostic tool โ enabling RHSC to identify where regulatory efficiency is working well and where targeted improvements are needed. This project introduces additional indicators developed by RHSC members, providing a more complete picture of convergence trends across the region. The project oversight team, in partnership with Northeastern University, Duke-NUS, and RHSC stakeholders, will design and disseminate a survey to APEC economies, collate baseline results into an accessible infographic, and share findings with all RHSC economies at 2027 RHSC meetings. Outcomes will equip economies, academia, and industry with actionable information to help meet the RHSC Vision 2030 and broader APEC goals for strengthened, harmonized regulatory systems.
