Objectives of the project
: (a) Establishment of two Agricultural Training Institutes (ATIs) in Jagannathpur Upazila of Sunamganj District and Mohanganj Upazila of Netrokona District. Construction of education and administrative building, dormitory (200) and dormitory (200), accommodation for principal, dormitory for officials, dormitory for staff, guest house, multipurpose hall room and other facilities like other agricultural training institutes (ATI). Recruitment of manpower required for introduction of one year term agricultural diploma course, (e) Arrangement of farmer training for creation of entrepreneurship and enhancement of skills in farm mechanization in agriculture.
Activities: Land Acquisition / Purchase - 30 Acres, Construction of Residential Building - 26 BM, Construction of Non-Residential Building - 2596 BM, Other Infrastructure (Internal Roads) - 6080 Running M, Regional Workshop - 2, Training (Principal, Vice-Chairman, IT). Officer Training-32 Batch, Farmer Training-50 Batch, Overseas Training and Exposure Visit-2 Batch, Installation of Electrical and Laboratory Equipment
