Integration of Risk Management: Embedding Risk Management into decision-making processes and implementing mitigating and control measures to enhance operational efficiency and innovation, consistent with UNIDOβs mandate. Comprehensive Risk Management Framework: Strengthening UNIDO's position within the UN system by adopting a robust Risk Management framework that improves organizational governance and fosters transparency, effectiveness, and collaboration with member states, donors, and the private sector.
