Emdc will provide up to £38. 5m (2021-2029) to support 360,000 marginalised children, including 216,000 girls, to gain foundational skills, i. E. Literacy, numeracy, socio-emotional and life skills. Emdc will focus on the poorest girls and children with disabilities, with the goal of improving system-wide support for all marginalised children.
