Scope : To Set up Edu-City Township at Mohan road in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
In order to cater to the needs of working and retired professionals as well as families looking for a home in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the Lucknow development authority is planning to launch niche township.
To be developed over large land parcels across various growing locations in Lucknow, the township was showcased before the participants who had come to attend the two-day conclave on regional planning at a hotel in the city.
Township has been planned off the Mohan Road, They have submitted a proposal before the UP government to arrange for funds to set up the township. Discussions are also on with financial institutions to arrange for funds at a reasonable annual interest.
The township that has been envisaged as edu-city and will come up at Mohan road. The education city being planned over 750 acre will cost the state Rs 1,545 crore.
