π Tender Overview
The aim of this proposal is to spread the knowledge of the EU Law related to Digital Economy, with a specific focus on the general framework of the European Data Strategy, on GDPR, Data Governance Act, Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Data Act and AI Act. The backbone of this project would be the class of Digital Economy Law, a university course in the legal field β held at the Marco Biagi Department of Economics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE) β which can be considered a rarity in the Italian university scenario. Starting from this point, the project aims to create a knowledge hub pursuing two main targets: 1) to establish synergies with other non-law departments (e.g. Computer Science) of UNIMORE and other universities, in order to deepen, in a multidisciplinary approach, the different profiles of the digital economy; 2) to disseminate knowledge of the European regulatory framework among citizens, enterprises (especially SMEs) and policy-makers.
