Project Description
The proposed IFC investment seeks to support Duval Group ( Duval or the Group ) to build and operate a mixed-use property building complex that will consist of a serviced apartment hotel, office space, as well as shopping, food & beverage and restaurants area, to be located in Plateau, the business district of Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire (the Project ).

Total Project Cost and amount and nature of IFC's Investment: The total Project cost is estimated to be up to EUR 64 million. IFC will provide an A-loan of up to EUR 16.3 million and will mobilize up to another EUR 16.3 million from other lender(s). The remaining portion.of the Project will be funded by Duval Group.
