Project Description
Provision of a EUR 25 million long-term loan to subsidiaries (Turpaz Belgium and Pollena Aroma Poland) of Turpaz Industries (the "Company").
Project Objectives
The proceeds of the loan will be used to finance the Company's acquisitions, and working capital and capex needs of its subsidiaries in Poland.

Under the Competitive quality, the Group will have the ability to expand its operations in Poland through the successful acquisition and the integration of Carotex increasing its competitiveness and market positioning in Poland. Under the Inclusive quality, the Company will provide trainings, including digital skills to existing employees of Pollena Aroma as well as introducing new quality trainings programmes including STEM occupation training, sales, finance and digital trainings to the employees of Carotex addressing key challenges in the industry.
