Project Description
Provision of a senior corporate loan comprising of (a) a committed tranche of up to MAD 160 million (EUR 15.4 million equivalent) and (b) an uncommitted tranche of up to MAD 46.5 million (EUR 4.5 million equivalent), to Dachser Morocco (the "Client") to finance the construction of a new transport branch and logistics warehouse terminal in the Tangier region (the "Project").
Project Objectives
The Project will facilitate the Client's operational expansion and growth to meet increasing demand, while improving cost efficiency. The Project encourages an innovative approach to logistics warehousing, supporting the Client in achieving their first-ever EDGE ("Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies") Advanced certified warehouse in Morocco.

By consolidating its warehousing and transport operations into a newly built logistics facility in Tangier, Dachser will eliminate lease costs, reducing overall operational costs in Tangier branch. The site's strategic location near Tangier Med port enhances growth potential through improved regional and international integration, positioning the Client to increase revenue over the next 3-4 years.
Green: The Project promotes the Green transition quality as it qualifies for 100 per cent Green Economy Transition ("GET") attribution. The new facility will meet EDGE Advanced certification, incorporating high-performance materials and systems that significantly reduce energy use, GHG emissions, and water consumption.
