Project Description
Provision of a senior secured loan to ACBA Federation CJSC of up to USD 22m.
Project Objectives
The proceeds of the loan will be used for financing the construction, equipment and placing into operation a new business center with GLA of ca 13k square meters in Yerevan.
The Project will be one of the first buildings in Yerevan to receive the LEED certification and is thus expected to set a precedent in green building certifications in the country and inspire other companies to pursue similar sustainability initiatives in the future.

The transition impact is expected to derive from the "Green" and
"Inclusive" TI qualities:
- Green: The Borrower commits to certifying the office building with the LEED certification at "Silver" level minimum.
- Inclusive: The Borrower commits to establishing a new training programmes in sustainable agricultural practices and innovative technologies, financial literacy, and skills to increase productivity, profitability, and market connectivity to at least 600 farmers.
