Objectives
By this project we aim to set up and operate a functioning and active professional learning comunity, which can insure the expert training and professional support for the Hungarian teachers living in nearby countries, outside from Hungary.Our aim is to further develop, expand and support the database of experts on oktoped.hu. Our aim is to raise the quality of Hungarian-language education beyond the borders by promoting the professional development of teachers working there.
Activities
Recruitment, involvement, teacher training, peer coaching and expert training, career support, mentoring.Creating and operating transnational working groups, creating and maintaining professional workshops, academies of experts. Development and operation of an expert database. Workshops for educational leaders. Activities with the engaging of teachers already involved and trained through the project 2021-1-HU01-KA220-SCH-000034382 and also with the teachers to be involved by this project.
Impact
75 new experts recruited, trained and added to the database.At least 50 of the 75 experts already in the oktoped.hu database will start building their careers as experts. The expert database becomes known and potential users start using it. The consortium partners use the services of the database in their own organisations and events, thus increasing their professional potential. Cooperation between partners will be strengthened.
