Objectives
Implement systematic and planned development of selected student competencies, i.e. learning skills, social and civic competencies, initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression in lessons and extracurricular activities of the school in partnership schools. To achieve this, it is necessary to increase the competence of 175 teachers working in partnership schools, develop methods and approaches, and produce teaching materials and tools for measuring the level of competence.
Activities
30-hour virtual training for 40 teachers of 8 partnership schools
Organization of 4 teacher mobilities to exchange good practices in methods of developing students' competencies
Development of methods and tools for testing the level of competencies
Organization of 4 student mobilities with a program to develop the above competencies.
Production of 4 training packages
In-house training 135 teacher training.
Initiation of planned and systematic development of students' competencies in 8 schools
