Scope of WorkTo Develop Integrated Urban Project in New Cairo. DescriptionOra Developers has acquired a 400-feddan plot of land in New Cairo from Egypts New Urban Communities Authority. The company is planning to launch an integrated urban project on the plot with total investments of EGP 100 billion. The planned project is set to be executed in ten phases over 10-12 years. The first phase will be offered during the second quarter of 2020 and will include 1000 units with a targeted sales value of EGP 6 billion.
