The approximate length of the gas pipeline is 600 km and 42 inches in diameter. The pipeline is interconnected with the El Encino-La Laguna gas pipeline and the Villa de Reyes - Aguascalientes - Guadalajara gas pipeline. This system supplies natural gas to the new generation plants located in the states of Durango Zacatecas and Aguascalientes.
