The plant has the following characteristics Power zone National Export zone Oriental Export subzone Oriental-Ixtepec Price zone Ixtepec Interconnection zone ELECTRICITY SUBSTATION OF COLLECTOR TRANSFORMATION SET-230 Wind of Oaxaca through the auction CENACEs 2016 long-term power plant won the following contract with the Gunaa Sicar plant Contract number SLP2016010045-03 related to- Energy for 818264 MWHr Year and Clean Energy Certificates CEL for 818264 CEL Year with a bid price of MXN 572609625. The term of the contract is 15 years for energy and 20 years for the CELs.
