The plant has the following characteristics Power zone Baja California Sur Export zone Baja California Sur Price zone Villa Constitucin Interconnection zone INSURGENTES INS-115 Consorcio Sol de Insurgentes through the long-term electricity auction of 2015 of the CENACE won the following contract with the wind power station Sol de Insurgentes Energy for 60965 MWHr Year and Clean Energy Certificates CEL for 60518 CEL Year with a bid price of MXN 50500753 The term of the contract is 15 years for energy and 20 years for the CELs.
