Project Description : The purpose of this project is to implement the recommendations from the Information Builders, Inc. (IBI) report (Report) to Council. In 2019, the City of Windsor (City) hired IBI to find efficiencies that could be achieved through data analytics and information management. The following recommendations were made: - Develop an integrated information management strategy to meet the City's strategic goals - Implement a business intelligence and analytics architecture in phases as described in the report; - Create a Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence (BI CoE) to support the successful implementation of the business intelligence and analytics architecture and the more effective use of data at all levels of the organization; - Invest in the business process re-design and change management that is essential to the success of the overall plan.
